The Rentpad Team recently visited one of Shang Properties’ newest residential offering, Shang Salcedo.

We were given an opportunity to explore what they have in store and what potential renters can expect in the property.

Shang Salcedo merges hotel and condo living, providing its residents a cozy haven in the middle of the Makati business district. It’s home, with a bit of luxury, and the promise of avoiding the city traffic.

The property is tucked in between H.V dela Costa, Tordesillas and Gil Puyat Streets, the 67-story high rise condominium boasts of luxury living in the metro.

Shang Salcedo brings in the same high-level amenities it offers for residents and hotel clients. A spacious lounge where clients can meet their guests, have a dip in their 25m lap pool, or go for a jog around their walking/jogging trail.

A gym, an exercise room, steam room, and game rooms are also provided as part of the property’s amenities. For families, an indoor play area for children and a podium garden perfect for barbecues.

Once you enter the building, you are greeted by the staff and Shang Salcedo’s signature scent that dissipates once you enter your unit to make way for the scent of your own home. The security provides residents with key cards and visitors can wait at the lobby or register by the reception.

Some units are oriented to catch the sunrise while others offer the picturesque view of the sunset. Corner units are available for a number of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units for a wider view of the city.

Their studio type setup is at around 35/36 sqm are all mostly fully furnished.

The designers made excellent use of the space available to provide residents with necessary amenities you would need to live comfortably. Perfect for the solo or duo renter.

Sleeping area, dining area, storage, and even a small part of the studio is allocated for small but functional living room.

View from the door: The studio provides a spacious kitchen and laundry area so you can enjoy the pleasures of home cooking.

1-bedroom units at 52/67 sqm are available fully furnished
With almost twice the size compared to the studio units, tenants have a bigger living and dining area, 1-bedroom units are designed to provide you with more breathing space.

2-bedroom units at 103/104 sqm
For a bigger crowd with larger needs, the two-bedroom units are made to give you a larger bedroom space, ideal for a small family or a group of friends. The large dining and living room area is perfect for hosting dinners or having guests over.

There are no commercial spaces available within the building to give you a more homey and quiet feel.
