1. Malate
Taft Avenue, anyone?
Colleges and universities such as De La Salle University, St. Scholastica’s College Manila, Philippine Women’s University, and Philippine Christian University are in Malate.

2. Sampaloc
As a vital part of the university belt, we couldn’t help but include Sampaloc. While San Miguel and Santa Mesa are also a part of it, Sampaloc rises as the place with the most listings.
Here, you’ll find the University of Santo Tomas, University of the East, and Far Eastern University (FEU). But schools such as Centro Escolar University and San Beda University should be mentioned as they are closeby (in San Miguel).

3. Quezon City (Loyola Heights + Diliman)
Going further north, we have Quezon City. As it is such a vast area, we decided to narrow it down to Loyola Heights and Diliman.
After all, this is where you’ll see Ateneo De Manila University, Miriam College, and University of the Philippines Diliman.
The condos to watch out for in these places are Blue Residences, Vista 309 Katipunan, Berkeley Residences, and High Park Vertis.

4. Ermita
Another gem along Taft Avenue, Ermita is where University of the Philippines Manila, Adamson University, and Philippine Normal University are at.

5. Ortigas
One would think that there is an abundance of condos in Ortigas because it’s one of the countries many central business districts (CBDs).
Beyond that, you’ll also find many colleges and universities such as University of Asia and the Pacific, Saint Pedro Poveda College, and ADMU School of Medicine and Public Health.

6. San Lorenzo, Makati
Speaking of CBDs, we can never forget about Makati. San Lorenzo, in particular.
This is where you’ll see Assumption College, Asian Institute of Management, and STI College. Ateneo Law School and the Asia Pacific College are nearby.
