As the year comes to an end, we’d like to recognize some of this months’ top lessors. Renting a place to means finding a temporary place that you can call home. A place where you can rest easy at the end of the day without worry.
This is our way of acknowledging lessors who work hard and go the extra mile to make sure their tenants - whether short-term or long term, have a pleasant stay. Ultimately, choosing a place to rent takes a lot of trust and finding out more about a lessor, broker, or landlord through first-hand experiences from previous renters help many potential renters make their decision.

"We rented the unit for a month last August til' mid of September. The unit is clean and properly maintained, Billy (owner) and his team were able to replace the couch that got damaged prior to us occupying the place, in which we highly appreciate. "It was nice working with Joceph. He was very accommodating and he gives specific instructions regarding requirements, locations etc. Overall, the service was very good. "I can't thank "Jojo" and his brother Julius enough for what they have done for me - they are basically like family to me over here. It's always a daunting experience moving to a foreign country however Jojo went above and beyond what you normally expect from a rental agent. Whilst I had sent out multiple queries to multiple agents, Jojo was always the quickest to reply and asked relevant questions about what I was looking for and used his vast network to best cater for my needs. We had constant communication for months and he was always (and still is) there for advice. If you are looking for a rental agent, trust me on this and seek no one else but Jojo, without doubt he will provide you with the best service always with your best interests in mind. "Stayed last October 2017, sir Arnel and his sister Cyntia are very accomodating. I felt very comfortable with their place not to mention there is a karaoke, movies, and complete kitchenware. Also, the place was clean when I arrived. Stay at sir Arnel’s place and you’d feel at home! Thanks much sir Arnel and ms Cyntia.
