It can be out of your budget or perhaps a unit needs to be posted rush and you just don’t have the time to find one. Worry not! You can still take appealing photos with a gadget you most likely already own: your smartphone.
Here are a few tips on how to take better photos with your smart phone.
Clear the Clutter
You’ll be surprised how many landlords overlook this rule. Cleaning and clearing out unnecessary items inside the room will make it look bigger. It also makes the difference between sloppy and professional looking pictures. Make the bed, clear out tissue boxes, mail, and messy cords before you start snapping away.
Switch on All the Lights
Take photos during the day with all the lights on can help brighten your unit instantly.
