Pool Operations:
-Operating day/hours: Tuesday - Sunday / 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM
-Pre-registration is required at the assigned security guard
-Wear appropriate swimming attire
-Bring your own towel
Additional reminders:
*Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area
*Up to 2 authorized guests can use the pool.
*Dry yourself and wear appropriate dry clothes when leaving the swimming pool
*Check-in anytime between 12 PM to 2 PM
*Check-out anytime before 12 PM
-The host will meet you in the lobby to hand the keys for check-in.
-Please undergo security and health checks in the lobby.
-To comply with the building's existing protocol, only registered guests are permitted to enter.
Other things to note:
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GUESTS:
- Copy of 1 valid government ID
- Vaccination Card
- Must be submitted ASAP after booking
- Only Registered Guests with submitted ID and Vacc Card are allowed to enter the premises.
- Visitors are not allowed.
***HOUSE RULES:
1. No pets allowed, No Partying, No illegal Drugs.
2. Strictly No smoking inside the unit.
3. No unregistered guests allowed
4. Eating and drinking on the bed is not allowed.
5. No Gambling.
6. Please turn off the Aircon, TV, and Lights when leaving the premises for an extended period.
7. Please respect the noise curfew
8. Please keep your keys with you. The lost key has a replacement fee.
9. Please lock the door each time you leave the unit
10. Please take care of our sheets and towels
11. Please take care of the furnishings. Any damaged items will be charged accordingly
12. No rearrangement of the furniture
13. Please do your dishes and take the trash out before you leave.
