I've been renting in Makati for over a decade and never really felt compelled to leave a review until now. What left a lasting impression on me with Jonas was that he literally went out of his way to assist me with a small favor despite the fact that I was no longer an active client of his. I had just moved out so technically he was under no obligation to respond to my messages anymore. Lo and behold the opposite turned out to be true. I was so appreciative of the fact that he understood my sense of urgency and brought in the right people to get it done right away. His level of professionalism is simply on a different level.
