The whole unit is air-conditioned with 32-inch flat-screen Smart TV, Netflix, cable, and WiFi. The bathroom includes a shower heater, bidet, and hairdryer. Security is 24/7.
Guests may cook their food. Rice cooker, microwave, oven toaster, basic cookware, and utensils such as chopping board, knives, tongs, and grater are available in the kitchen.

Guests may use the swimming pool and gym for free.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm onwards. Early check-in may be accommodated but is subject to availability and extra fee.
Check-out time is until 11:00 am. Extension of stay is subject to availability and extra fee.
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is required for entry to the building. Only one (1) RFID is free. Additional cards will be on the guest' account. Damaged or lost RFID card costs P1,000.00. Full details/instructions will be given separately upon booking.
Parking and laundry services are available in the building for a minimal fee.
