Space Taft is a Condormitel Unit, designed to cater to students and working class, which is affordable as its rentals is charged per bed. Unit has 2 double-decker bed and can accommodate 4 pax. The room is corner unit with city view and Manila Bay view. It is located beside Quirino LRT Station, and very near to all the universities in Manila. The Unit is on 12th floor, and can only accommodate female bed spacer.
The room is fully furnished: TV, window-type Air conditioning unit, refrigerator, microwave oven, attached toilet and bath (with Bidet). Each person will be having own cabinet inside the room with key. The building has 24-hour security. Condo amenities include pool, gym and study area. Ground floor has commercial stores like laundry, coffee shop, and eatery. Newly cleaned AC and just finished Pest control spray. Below are the rental rates:
1-3 months: Php 7,000 / bed / month
4-11 months: PHP 6,000 /bed/ month
12 months: Php 5,000 /bed/ month
For 12 months stay: 1 month advance and 2 months security deposit
For 1-11 months: 1 month advance and 1 month security deposit
If occupying the whole unit, monthly of Php 17,000 / month.
Price is exclusive of water, electricity and internet. We have own meter, and will be equally divided among the tenants. Please pm me for interested parties.
