Higher water fee per month if more than 1 tenant staying
ELECTRICITY WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY BASED ON ELECTRICITY ENERGY METER WHICH WILL BE READ WHEN YOU CHECK IN TO THE APARTMENT AND THE METER READING WILL BE TAKEN by you EVERY 1 MONTH AND THE COST OF ELECTRICITY IS TO BE PAID EVERY 1 MONTH .
Security Deposit needed to be paid BEFORE move in date to confirm stay: 20000 pesos (refundable on move out date ).
On move in date, u need to pay advanced 1 month cost of stay to cover for the cost, for the final last month of stay .
Electricity deposit: 4000 pesos to be paid on move in date and this will be refunded back to u on move out date.
On move in date , u need to pay the 1 month cost of stay for 1st month of stay .
INTERNET AND CABLE TV SERVICES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED,
but U CAN GET THE INTERNET yourself,
and u can fix up internet equipment inside condo apartment,
