After months long of searching around in rentpad, we met Carl. She is very accommodating, willing to haggle to fit our budget, and pay attention into the details of the contracts. I am sure she is not the typical broker/agent who rush to close the deal. Tell your requirement, length of stay, etc, and she will go extra miles to find the suitable unit for you.

Currently in the process of leasing out a unit through Carl, and the process has been delightful. Carl immediately answers our concerns and made sure that we were paired with a unit that fit all our requirements and our budget. Apartment-hunting was overwhelming until I asked Carl to help us find a unit. She made the process as smooth and convenient as possible! She considered our budget and our needs, showed us options which she had already screened, and even looked for properties outside her own listings so we could have a wider range of choices. Throughout our viewings, we saw what a great relationship she has with, not only the landlords of the units, but the buildings’ administration and management - which made it so much easier for my family! Even after we had already found the right unit, Carl continued to help us with moving in, even personally inspecting the unit as I couldn’t easily leave home due to the quarantine. So grateful - 5 stars and beyond!
