Our studio unit is packed with essentials needed especially for travelers:
- hot and cold shower
- dining essentials like electric cookers, microwave, pans, a foldable table, and chairs (also with cutlery)
- twin-sized bed with pullout (so it's good for 3 people)
- a fridge
- smart TV (but our only cable is TV Plus) and radio if you want music
- air-conditioning of course
- two huge windows so it's well lit in the morning and a great view of the sunset when evening comes
- there are also food stores, laundry store, ATMs, and a mart if needed.
- we are also near the SM North Mall (if you wanna try Trinoma or Vertis but it is kinda far)
- LRT and MRT are also available. There are also buses and jeepneys that comes through the SM North mall if you need
Requirements:
- 2 valid IDs
- payment for upon renting (cash for short term and deposit for long term)
Ps. Sadly, we do not have wifi or cable channels for the mean time coz we are still new. Also no cabinets for clothes.
Pps. If you are renting for a month or more, ALL the amenities are available to be used. But if if you are renting for less than a month, you have to pay P 150.00 per amenity to use per day.
Ppps. Do not be surprised if there are few condiments by the counter coz we sometimes stay there to clean. You can use it if you want haha.
Pppps. Also, the electric bill will be charged to you. We will take care of the association dues and water bill.
