Contract Options:
1. 1-Year Contract
With Parking: PHP 35,000 per month (inclusive of parking & association dues)
Without Parking: PHP 30,000 per month (inclusive of association dues)
Renewal: 10% increase on renewal
2. 2-Year Contract
With Parking: PHP 33,000 per month (inclusive of parking & association dues)
Without Parking: PHP 28,000 per month (inclusive of association dues)
3. 3-Year Contract
With Parking: PHP 31,000 per month (inclusive of parking & association dues)
Without Parking: PHP 26,000 per month (inclusive of association dues)

Payment Terms & Cancellation/Subletting Policy:
1-Year Contract:
Payment: 1 month advance + 1 month deposit
Cancellation: Deposit and 1 month advance are forfeited.
Subletting Option: Tenant may sublet the unit to avoid forfeiture.
2-Year Contract:
Payment: 2 months advance + 2 months deposit
Cancellation: 2 months advance and 2 months deposit are forfeited.
Subletting Option: Tenant may sublet the unit to avoid forfeiture.
3-Year Contract:
Payment: 3 months advance + 3 months deposit
