Our studio unit is bright and gives a homey vibe. The place is
cute and relaxing. It has very simple furnishings and contains the basic things one needs during a stay. It fits 1-2 pax. Guests who have stayed always described the unit as really "comfy, clean and cozy".
Aside from being comfy, clean and cozy, what makes the unit really stand out is its location. We are conveniently located along Shaw Boulevard and we are just a 5-minute walk to Shaw MRT Station. From the MRT Station you can go North or South and explore the Metro easily. It is highly suggestible though to ride the MRT during non-peak hours (10am to 3pm) as the train can get highly congested during peak hours.
A 7-Eleven Convenience Store is within the tower premises to address your immediate basic needs. Larger grocery stores (All-Day Supermarket, Cherry Foodarama and S&R), a pharmacy (Mercury Drug) and some restaurants are nearby and along Shaw Boulevard as well. The condominium is also walking distance (10-15 minutes) to two well-know shopping malls - SM Megamall and Shangri-la Mall. SM Megamall is the 3rd largest mall in the Philippines, while Shangri-la Mall is one of the high end malls in the Metro.
Since the condominium is situated along Shaw Boulevard, guests can easily hail or get taxi/cab rides (sometimes even with the help of our "kuya" Security Guards). Guests may also prefer to download the GRAB APP for private hire car services or Grab taxis. The GRAB App also offers food/meal deliveries. We can also recommend reasonable and reliable car rental services.
