Joyce was a super big help. She is very professional and helped us in every phase from showing us different condos until we found one that best suited us. Joyce was with us when we signed the lease with the owners. After we moved in she helped us in how to pay the water and electricity. Since I am new to the Philippines, this was a huge help!
