-Advance booking is required as we need to submit your documents to the condo admin office prior check-in date.     
-Drinking sessions and parties are not allowed inside the condo

-Pets not allowed, NO smoking / NO vaping     

-LIGHT COOKING only

-Condo cleaning and change of bed sheets, towels, etc. is an extra charge (5 days advance notice is required)

HOW TO BOOK / PAYMENT OF RESERVATION DEPOSIT/FEE

Advance payment of non-refundable Reservation fee of Php 3,000 is required to block a specific date. If guest will not show up on supposed check-in date, said fee will be forfeited. Should the guest however appear on the scheduled check-in date, the reservation fee shall form part of a refundable security deposit. Based on our policy of first come, first served basis, priority will be given to those who will be able to make an immediate payment of said reservation fee/deposit.
