TV in living room has a GMA Affordabox and Android TV box.
-Place can accommodate up to 5 people (2 in Master's bedroom, 2 in 2nd bedroom and one can stay in the sofa bed)
-Please subscribe to your own internet/wifi, landline telephone and cable TV. This is not included in the rent. I will pay for the condominium management/association dues.

Best location, best space and very ideal as jump off point for your work or family stays. The unit is set up to accommodate both requirements!
Guest access:
Guests have full access to all areas of the flat. Use of gym, sauna and swimming pool are free of charge.
Guest interaction:
On most occasions, my very loyal and trusted auntie/caretaker Mamu Betty will meet and greet you. Am based in Hong Kong but whenever am in town, I personally welcome my guests.

Bonifacio Global City is the place to be! 'BGC' has lots of restaurants and bars for you to try. It has a good vibe and very ideal to walk around to explore. There are lots of activities for kids, teens and adults. Bring in your whole family and friends!
