It is a 5-minute walk to the SM Sucat and 10 minute drive to the NAIA.
Owner pays association dues. Renter pays for electricity, water, cable, and wifi.
Minimum lease period is 1 month. Utilities are paid by owner for short term (one month or less) rentals.
