Please read below details - Promo Rates : 2,200 per night good for 2 pax including swimming pool. 250 additional fee per head.
- Total Maximum pax : 3 heads
- Parking : 300 overnight
- Terms of Payment : Cash Deposit payment thru BDO 3 days before your booking schedule. Or thru GCash
- Location : Newport Pasay City near Terminal 3| Studio type condo
- Check in time 2PM. Check out 11:30nn
- Cancellation of booking will be charge 50% from total paid amount. Refund will be processed in 2 Days
House Rules
- Keep noise to a minimum after 9:30PM
-WI FI is included to the room
- No Smoking in the condo !!Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- PARKING: parking can be arrange 300 pesos parking fee per night.
- Please do not cook anything that may leave a strong odor in the house. (ex. Dried fish, bulalo, bagoong)
- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks behind. We ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. (Charge per item may be applied)
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO PRESENT ONLY ID.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Please SAVE ELECTRICITY! turn OFF when not in use.
- Lastly, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
