One month rental (To hold the unit and will convert as first-month rent)
Requirements for Signing the Contract & Move-In
1. 2 sets of Valid ID (Copy of Passport, ACR, I-card, Driver's License, TIN, etc)
2. Corp ID (currently work with)
3. 2-Month Advance Rental Payment
4. 2 Months Security Deposit
5. Post Dated Check for the Remaining month's rent (if the foreigner has no checking account, require to email with deposit slip before every due date)
6. Health Certificate (if the Admin requires)
