Gilmore Management House Rules
1. Minimum health protocol must be observed at all times. Face mask, physical distancing, etc.
2. No parties, events or overcrowding allowed inside the unit, guests may rent our function rooms located at
the 4th floor for these activities, you may contact Building Admin for inquiries and rates.
3. Building admin shall be charging a Location Fee for any photo/video shoot for any event, please coordinate
with the Admin for the rates.
4. Please follow swimming pool and gym safety rules, amenity users who will not follow posted rules will be
asked to leave the area.
5. No smoking allowed inside the units and anywhere in the establishment.
6. Please respect the noise curfew (10:00PM to 7:00AM). No shouting/gathering in the hallways.
7. We highly encourage contact-less and fast transactions at the lobby area so as to maintain physical
distancing.
8. No items or trash must be left outside the units or thrown outside the windows.
9. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
10. Building Admin shall impose penalties for verified violations of the house rules and regulation depending on the gravity of the offense.
