Host is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings.
No smoking inside the unit as it may trigger the smoke alarm. Violators will be charged by the condo admin.
Light cooking only.
No hanging clothes at the balcony.
Food and drinks are allowed. ( No corkage )
CLAYGO, Guest are expected to clean up before check out.

- For cars 65php first 3hrs and 15php/ succeeding hr.
( overnight charge is 380php )
- For motorcycle 50php first 3hrs 10php/ succeeding hr.
( overnight charge is 260php )
