For short term- swimming pool Php150.00 regular days, Php300.00 holidays
Washing Machine has additional fee - 1000 per month "Please inform me before check in if you need access on this"
Expectation for the long term monthly payment:
33,000 monthly
10,000 Safety deposit for long term - will return after rent as long as there's no damages.
2 months advance deposit if long term.
Electric and water will pay by tenant.
