We provide a nice cozy and functional space for you - if you like the comfort of a hotel with pools gym and running track but also want to have your little kitchen for coffee, breakfast or a dinner.
You can use the pools (free for registered guests living in the unit), gym (free for registered guests living in the unit), running track (free) and the function rooms (for a fee) if you host a meeting. We have an in-house Laundry Service (for a fee) and a mall with Supermarket, Cinema, Restaurants, Clinics and feel good shops.
Access to MRT straight from the building. Taxis as well as the Bus Terminal is in front of the building.
The building features 24/7 security service and you will be waiting at the ground floor lobby for check in. Check out will be at the condo itself and in between the space is yours to feel home away from home.

There is a management / room cleaning charge per booking.
It includes Check-in and Check-out procedure, cleaning before and after stay (Php1,000) , laundry of provided bed linen (Php350), grease trap cleaning (Php400), and other incidentals for the account of the guest such as, but not limited to, damages/breakages, lost items, etc. This will be deducted from the security deposit.

The building management and security office is requiring your passport copy (or Government issued Photo ID). We have to submit that at least 7 days before move in, so please send us the copy as soon as you can.

A security deposit is to be paid prior to move in:
Short Term (below 6 months) - Equivalent to 1 (one) month rent
Long Term (at least 1 year) - Equivalent to 2 (two) months rent
This deposit is refundable (minus deductible charges such as unpaid utilities and other tenant related fees) after your check out clearance.

In the lovely neighborhood you will find all you need. We have a Mall right in the complex. Also two buildings down the road of the condo is the Robinson's Pioneer Forum Mall and 5 min away is the SM Mega Mall - you can shop til you drop or enjoy countless good restaurants.
A 7/11 convenience store is next to the building. Lot's of restaurants are in walking distance in Mandaluyong. Also there is a bridge to the MRT and Taxi's and Bus Terminal is just in front of the condo. That's why we call it Connected Condo Living in Manila. You hardly find a better connected place.
