We care about your comfort and sleep thats why we use Orthopedic queen size bed mattress for comfort & relaxing sleep with branded bed linens.
Clean linens and towels are provided with branded shampoo, conditioner & shower gel.
We also have a convenience store at the Mezzanine Floor of the North Building opens daily from 7am to 9pm. Nearby groceries & restaurants are located a few minutes outside the building.
Drinking water, coffee and tea are FREE and provided to the guest for added value.
For added convenience we have FOR SALE drinks and snacks available in the fridge and mini bar. You may just check for availability. Prices are posted on the Fridge. Payment can be made thru Gcash, or settle in cash before check out.
Push carts can be borrowed from the reception desk subject to availability.

Guests will enjoy going around the property: palm promenade, jogging/biking path, open lawn, picnic grove, children's playground, sky park, roof deck, business center, hotel-like lobby, basketball court, & open lounges.

3.) Basement Parking
We can also arrange to rent directly from the unit owners at 300/day, payable thru Gcash to reserve, but subject to availability. We will provide the parking slot no. and ensure the guards are informed prior to arrival. Unauthorized parking has a penalty of 5,000 immediately payable to our PMO Before they unclamp your tires.
