Liezel was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. She listened patiently to our needs and was aware of others before we mentioned them, ie possible issues with the unit. She quickly and carefully prepared all paperwork for our move-in, ie contract and inventory. She was even up late so we could sign the next day! Signing with the owners and moving in went very smoothly. She "held our hand" every step of the way making sure all necessary steps were fulfilled ASAP. She informed admin, front lobby, even prepared them/us for the arrival of our boxes from storage. 3 weeks in and we're quite established and comfortable in our new home. Liezel is very experienced and aware of all your move-in needs. TY !!
