Totally professional. All details were clearly and accurately explained to a non-native speaking American. The former real estate agent was shady, kept changing the details and showed sub-standard units at inflated prices. Renter beware! Check out a minimum of ten units with three real estate agents. Check their ID and verify with the licencing board about their credentials. Pay checks to no one but the landlord. Two months deposit, two months security, no more! Verify with Shang office that they have the documentation for proof of ownership from the landlord. I am extremely happy with the attention to detail and the over and above service from Ms Villanueva.
