The unit has an aircon, circulation fan, single bed with pullout, dining table with 2 chairs, a rack for clothes, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker with oven toaster, mini multi cooker, dining utensils, 5 gal. water container, personal table, cleaning materials and a portable water heater. Prepaid wifi is available inside the unit at the expense of the guest.
Short term and long term rates are available. Minimum stay is 1 month as required by the condo admin. For short term stay, ( less than 6 months ) 50% downpayment upon booking confirmation and the other 50% must be settled 7 days before moving in. A booking contract will be signed and agreed upon by both parties.
For long term stay, ( 6 months and above) 2 months security deposit, 1 month advance deposit and PDC for the remaining months. A lease contract will be signed and agreed upon by both parties.
Monthly rental is inclusive of condominium dues. Electricity and water is not included and will be shouldered by the tenant.
