The 3 bedroom condo is in Arcel Residences, an 8-storey mixed use building found in the heart of San Juan where every other place is accessible by cars, jeepneys and buses, Arcel Residences stands quietly a few meters from the main thoroughfare of the city. Just a 2-minute walk from the building is the Agora market and many commercial establishments and banks.
The condo is good for 6 adults. The unit is accessible by elevator. The masters bedroom has a queen-size bed with its own bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has 1 queen size bed while the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. Each bed has its own linens, pillows and blankets. Both bathrooms have showers with water heater. The unit also has a complete kitchen, for cooking and dining. Wifi is also available.
We have parking on premises but on a limited basis, so please notify us upon booking if you are bringing a car. Price varies from season to season. Weekly and monthly rates are discounted.
Long-term rental fee of P54,600 excludes parking and utilities (water and electricity). Utilities are computed based on meter usage. Parking is an additional P3k for the first space and P3500 for the second one. This however, is subject to availability and management approval.
