- Proceed to the Check in Booth (1st floor outside) present the QR code and IDs of the occupantâ??s.
- Then proceed to the lobby (2nd floor) get the visitors pass and must present identification at the reception. Entry will not be permitted without proper identification.
- CHECK-IN: Meet our field agent in the lobby at 2 pm on your arrival day for registration. If our agent is unavailable, a self-check-in option is available. Early check-in requests should be made in advance, with additional fees applicable and subject to availability.
- CHECK-OUT: Our agent will collect the key card at 10 am, with a 15-minute grace period. Notify us at least one hour in advance for late check-out requests. If our agent is unavailable, leave the key card inside the unit; we'll refund your deposit after inspection. We encourage guests to clean up after themselves. If time doesn't permit, a cleaning fee may be deducted from your deposit, especially for damages to the unit. Your cooperation ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay for all.
