For long term (contract 2 months or above) - tenants must pay 1 month advance plus 2 months refundable security deposit. Meaning total of 3 months cash out plus pay your own monthly utility bills. Must pay every month.
For 1 month contract- pay 1 month rental plus 1 month refundable security deposit. Meaning total 2 months. Free utility bills up to Max 3K pesos. Pay only the excess upon clearance.
For short term daily or just weekly rentals - Free utility bills - inclusive already). You can pay the full amount in one time for all duration of stay upon arrival.
For private parkings lot, all tenants must pay his/her parking fees on per used basis and subject to availability. All amenities can be used by tenants.

No pets allowed, No illegal activities
Max 2 to 3 persons only
If you need a guarantee to block your slot on dates you wanted, you can make reservation, 1 month deposit (Non refundable if you change your mind).
