The unit has a spacious living room, large bedroom, bathroom with partitioned shower area, kitchen and a small laundry area. Living room can be used for work and as dining area.
Kitchen has a fridge, microwave oven, induction stove, electric kettle, hot/cold water dispenser and washing machine.
Bedroom has a full size mattress. A bed frame can be provided if required by the tenant, with desk and closet, and a smart TV for watching online programs. Cleaning service can be arranged at additional cost. Balcony overlooks the Mind Museum. A window type air-conditioner with remote control has been installed.
Living room has a long desk for workstations. A round dining table can fit 4 persons, and also a small sofa bed. It has plenty of shelves for storage.
Hot water is available in the bathroom for shower and hand wash basin.
A new air conditioner in living room (split type) was installed in early 2024.

Rent is inclusive of association dues. Not included: electricity and water.
Minimum rental period is 6 months. Monthly rent for 6 month to 1 year lease: P40,000 per month. Single occupant only.
Condo has swimming pool, gym and tennis court.
