Actually designed for Filipino size/built...so we can not accommodate tall people( 5'7'' tall and was just fine with the unit)
I dont have my own parking space but a slot is available for rent with the management.
Monthly rate of 18,500Php is inclusive of wifi (by management), and monthly association due, but EXCLUSIVE of the utility bills (electricity and water).
We require 1month advance and 2months deposit for long term rent.
