-Advance booking is required as we need to submit your documents to the condo admin office prior check-in date.

HOW TO BOOK / PAYMENT OF RESERVATION DEPOSIT/FEE
-Advance payment of non-refundable Reservation fee of Php 3,000 is required to block a specific date.
-If guest will not show up on supposed check-in date, said fee will be forfeited.
-Should the guest however appear on the scheduled check-in date, the reservation fee shall be refundable
-First come, first served basis
