You can use the pools, gym, running track and (for a fee) the function rooms if you host a meeting. We have an in-house Laundry Service (for a fee) and a shopping mall with Cinema Supermarket shops and many good restaurants.
Access to MRT in the building and Taxis as well as the Bus Terminal is right in front of the building.
The building features 24/7 security service and you will be waiting at the ground floor lobby for check in. Check out will be at the condo itself and in between the space is yours to feel home away from home. Passports or government ID's of all tenants are needed in advance of check in for security clearing. A security deposit will be collected upon check-in and refunded subject to successful clearance after check-out.
The house rules are displayed in your condo but in short. No Smoking, No pets, Nothing you want others to do to you and common sense.
Rental Rate:
Less than 1 year booking - Php18,000 per month
1 year booking - Php17,000 per month.
Monthly rate is excluding utilities, internet and other tenant related fees.
Security deposit is equivalent to:
For 3 months booking - 1 month rental
Longer than 3 months booking - 2 months rental .
***Parking is booked separately at Php350 per day or Php6,000 per month.
