Looking for affordable accommodation for student and working professionals near DLSU, CSB or St Scholastica? Homelike Ladies Dorm is an exclusive lady's dormitory which is also a DLSU accredited housing facility. It has complimentary wifi (Fibr), a common dining area, living room with tv and kitchen facilities with cooker, fridge and microwave. Rooms are restricted only to residents to give the residents more privacy.

We have two fully vacant rooms. One is a solo/twin sharing room and the other is a quad room which we offer at a discounted rate if taken solo or twin sharing.
Other available rooms are solo, twin, triple and quad sharing with rates per person at:
P5500 and P5000 twin sharing
P5000 and 4500 triple sharing
These rates are applicable for minimum of 10-12 month contract. Different rates apply for shorter contracts. Minimum 1 month term accepted under special conditions. We do NOT accept short term transients.
Currently all our solo and twin sharing rooms are booked. We do have our triple and quad sharing rooms available which we can offer at the following rates:
Triple sharing room at 5000 per person
Quad sharing room
change to twin sharing at 6000 per person
solo rate at 10,000
Water, cable, high speed wifi, and gas are inclusive. Laundry is restricted to undergarments only.
Electricity charges are additional and are sub-metered by room.
