Short-Term Stays:
Less than 30 days: Daily rate + 1,500 deposit
1 month: 1-month rent + 2-week deposit
2-6 months: 1-month advance rent + 6-week security deposit
Long-Term Stays:
1-year minimum: 1-month advance rent + 2-month security deposit

Do not move furniture or make holes in the walls/doors.
Be mindful of the furniture and avoid damage. As we check it right after your visit.
Report damages and broken immediately. The Guest will be responsible for the cost of repair, loss items, broken/damage (depending on the damage). So be mindful using to avoid charges. As some our furniture cannot just repair once it damage or broken it need to be replace for brand new �¢??like, tv, vanity mirror, etc.
No kitchen condiments provided (e.g., salt, pepper, sugar).
We provide starters toiletries like tissue and other toiletries but if your stay requires extra, there is a nearby convenience store and super market in the area.
