For Long Term Lease Requirements(6 Months & Up):

*One(1) month deposit and one(1) month advance.
*Maximum persons allowed to stay in the unit at any given time is 3.
*12 Months Post Date Checks for One(1) year contract and 6 Months Post Dated Checks for Six(6) months contract.
*Please provide any valid government issued ID's such as Passport, Driver's License.
For Short Term Lease Requirements(1 Month or Less)
*Rent per day(Php1200)/week(Php7,500)/month(Php22,000) in Advance.
*Electricity/Water is included for short term rental only(maximum of 28 days or a month)
*Maximum persons allowed to stay in the unit at any given time is 3.
*A security deposit of Php5,000 in Philippine Currency is required and will be refunded upon inspection of the unit and during checkout.

*Checkin time is 3pm onwards and Checkout time is by 11am.
