We rented the unit for a month last August til' mid of September. The unit is clean and properly maintained, Billy (owner) and his team were able to replace the couch that got damaged prior to us occupying the place, in which we highly appreciate. He is very approachable and considerate especially when we requested another badge for entry. Thank you for your patience and understanding! Place is clean and complete with amenities down to soap, toothpaste and laundry detergent. Strong wi-fi too. The window has a relaxing view of the pool and the surrounding greenery of the condo.
