Joan is very nice and very transparent. She response very quick and she'll provide all the information her tenant should know, Dionald is there to assist us (Joan's assistant) he's very accomodating. The place is very good and clean. We're looking forward again for another visit to her place this time with friends. Thanks a lot Joan
