Unintentionally, I found Jose on Rentpad. He is very active, supportive and show me many interesting units in his wide connection. We can close the deal with owner within only a week with his super fast action and reasonable negotiation. So impressive! I have met with a number of brokers but Jose Rafael Legaspi (Jojo) has been the best one by far. On the first day we met him we immediately saw a total of 6 units all of which had potentially what we were after. The following day we saw a further 5 units. During our time with him he never once tried to over sell a unit or made us feel any pressure in getting one, unlike some others. He also regularly updates us with other units we may be interested in without over doing it.
